Monitoring of School Results
How can we develop the maximum potential of each child?
We can help develop the maximum potential of each child by combining the experience of the teacher, the positive motivation of the children, active-participation teaching methods, and the observation and permanent evaluation of each child.
By getting to know the child very well (observing him or her both during classes and during breaks, while playing with colleagues, in his or her relationships with the teachers) we can find out what his or her needs are and we can better understand his or her preferences towards certain disciplines. This will allow us to support the child in his or her process of development and learning.
Permanent observation and evaluation of children plays an important role in designing the didactic activity.
At the beginning of each school year, the initial evaluation is carried out so that each teacher can plan how they carry out the instructional-educational process based on the knowledge that the children already have.
