The child is essential to better understand their needs, to support them in overcoming any learning difficulties, to encourage their progress, and to motivate them positively.
Children need constant feedback and recognition of their own evolution.

Students who are absent from courses or those who have difficulties in certain disciplines are supported by a teacher outside of class hours or by students elected to the Student Council for special merits and outstanding teaching results.
Sometimes, even the exceptional students need the advice of a teacher or an acknowledgment of their merits coming from a teacher – an authority figure from outside the family, whose opinion is objective. One-to-one meetings can greatly contribute to creating a balanced sense of self and at the same time they can help a student develop confidence in his or her own strengths.
