Admissions and Enrollment Procedure

Interview with the student and Parents / Legal Representatives;
Sending by e-mail (admitere@olgagudynn.ro) the following documents:
Cover letter;
Grades from the last two years of school;
Recommendation from the previously attended educational institution;
Evaluation of the student's portfolio of curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities (academic degrees, sports, artistic performances, Cambridge exams, volunteer projects, etc.);
Admissions evaluation (written tests in mathematics, Romanian and English);
Interview with the admissions committee;
At the end of the admission protocol, the candidate will receive by e-mail the result, respectively admitted or rejected, without the possibility of submitting an appeal. Admission is conditional upon passing the National Assessment.

Financial agreement
Copy of the child’s birth certificate
Copies of the parents’ identity cards
Medical record *
Two photos (passport type)

* List of vaccinations, medical record, notice of admission into the collective and medical certificate showing child is apt for physical education and sports.

NOTE: Enrollment is subject to the prior approval of the enrollment request by the head of the school after completing the internal evaluation protocol regarding school progress and the student’s behavior.
