PRE-SCHOOL LEVEL Standard programme 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Administrative tuition fee: EUR 480 / month

THE STANDARD EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

Circle Time and morning routines (Daily Routines)
Educational activities in line with the Romanian National Curriculum, enriched with elements from the British Curriculum
Activities taught in English
Junior road safety education
Role-play games and activities in learning centres
Creative activities (modelling, painting, free drawing, collages, themed projects, group projects, etc.)
Sports activities (competitions, relay races, morning gymnastics, outdoor games)
Outdoor exploration games and activities for learning about the surrounding environment

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE:

Breakfast, fruit snack and lunch
Organisation of events dedicated to the OGIS community (performances, exhibitions, etc.)

THE STANDARD EXTENDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

Educational activities in line with the Romanian National Curriculum, enriched with elements from the British Curriculum
Activities taught in English

Practical activities, clubs for personal development and learning through practical experiences
Organisation of events dedicated to the OGIS community (performances, exhibitions, etc.)
Includes the standard programme and continues with a recreational and club programme
Relaxation programme, games and outdoor activities between 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM
Afternoon snack and routines (Tidy Up, Music & Movement, etc.) between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM
One club/day from the free club offer or from the extra club offer between 4:00 PM and 4:45 PM
The clubs are presented to children and parents at the beginning of each school year
At the beginning of each year, the Headteacher establishes the range of clubs included in the administrative fee and announces it to parents so that they can express their options. If parents wish to choose other clubs in addition to those proposed, they may select from the extra club offer. The Headteacher may change the club offer at the end of the module, following evaluations of the teachers’ activity, the children’s preferences and their progress
Clubs are organised for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 20 children

Contractual and Financial Structure

The authorised and/or accredited educational institutions within the OGIS Educational Group, acting as education providers, enter into educational agreements with the students’ parents/legal guardians for the provision of educational services and the payment of the corresponding tuition fees.
Separate from these arrangements, OGIS, acting as the founding legal entity, enters into financial agreements with the parents/legal guardians of students enrolled in the educational institutions within the OGIS Educational Group for the provision of goods and services closely related to the educational activities carried out by the schools, as well as for the payment of the corresponding administrative fees.
The goods and services covered by these financial agreements are ancillary and indispensable to the delivery of educational activities, are intended exclusively for students enrolled in the educational institutions within the OGIS Educational Group, and are not offered to the general public or to third parties in the ordinary course of trade.
