International education, pathways tailored to each student
Our high school’s educational provision includes three recognised academic pathways: the Romanian National Curriculum in a bilingual system, Cambridge International Education, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP). Each offers a strong academic pathway, with its own specific features and advantages.
Romanian National Curriculum in a bilingual system
This pathway follows the curriculum set by the Romanian Ministry of Education, providing an academic foundation aligned with national requirements.
It includes intensive foreign language study, usually English, and certain subjects may be studied in that language.
It is a suitable option for students who wish to sit the Romanian National Baccalaureate examination and continue their university studies either in Romania or abroad.
It offers flexibility in choosing future academic routes, while ensuring continuity within the Romanian education system.
Cambridge International Education
Cambridge International Education is recognised globally and offers a rigorous international academic pathway.
It includes programmes such as IGCSE and A Levels, which allow students to specialise gradually according to their interests and individual goals.
Assessment is predominantly external and internationally standardised.
It is well suited to students who prefer a modular system and wish to study their chosen subjects in greater depth, with a view to applying to international universities.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP)

The programme is based on the study of six subjects from different academic areas, complemented by the core components: Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS).
The IB DP promotes critical thinking, independent research, and an international perspective on education.
The IB Diploma is recognised by universities around the world.
